Interesting, I didn’t see that statement initially and you have a point. Hopefully it’s just typical vague PR speak and not indicative of more, but if it does come out that there are more issues that is very damning of their maintenance practices.

So an unsubstantiated anonymous “tip” ? We’ll see if/when CF makes a statement, but I don’t buy this until then, especially as they (should) have been going over Fury with a fine tooth comb following the previous crack.

I remember my parents renting this from Blockbuster when I was a kid and I loved it. Now I want to rewatch it to see if it still holds up.

I was having huge problems with kbin as well, even after federating was supposedly fixed on kbin.social. Posts I made to Lemmy communities would not actually show up to Lemmy users, and likewise there were way too many Lemmy posts not showing up on my kbin. Ended up giving up on it and just making an account on a Lemmy instance instead.

Wish them the best but this is extremely ambitious and I’ll believe it when I see it. They’re gonna have a hell of a time competing with Silver Dollar City. Also their attendance projection is whack. That is double SDC, and even more than places like Cedar Point.

August is going to be great for announcements… This, Holiday World, SDC, whatever the hell Jeffrey Siebert at Fiesta Texas has been teasing. It’s like thoosie Christmas lol
