To be clear, those are not (only) old sites, but a lot of them feel like the old web.

There is an Ansible repo. It does all you need. It’s just some configuration in one file. Maybe takes a few hours to read through, but it can set up early everything Matrix has to offer and is well documented… It just really is a lot.

Please create an infependent wiki. Or otherwise make a mirrored one on multiple existing wiki-servers.

Ich verstehe es auch nicht so recht. Immerhin ist das Lemmyverse ja gut verteilt. Es wären also immer Leute betroffen gewesen.

Andererseits ist es halt eine Beta und die zwei Entwickler sind fast allein. Unvorhersehbar ist es halt auch nicht.
