I noticed those language models don’t work well for articles with dense information and complex sentence structure. Sometimes they forget the most important point.
They are useful as a TLDR but shouldn’t be taken as fact, at least not yet and for the foreseeable future.
A bit off topic, but I’ve read a comment in another community where someone asked chatgpt something and confidently posted the answer. Problem: the answer is wrong. That’s why it’s so important to mark AI LLM generated texts (which the TLDR bots do).
Yes, they’re using several abbreviations, without explaining them properly, which isn’t ideal. It’s likely to keep the article short, which comes at the expense of people unfamiliar with the topic)l/organizations.
Another news site I regularly visit has a small information button besides abbreviations with a popup to explain a term, which also links to Wikipedia. This makes understanding articles about unfamiliar topics way easier.
Ist es wichtig, die communities auf feddit.de zu gründen? Solange die Instanz auf Lange Zeit Bestehen bleibt, sollte es keine großen Probleme mit der Föderation geben. Zumindest ab dem Zeitpunkt, wo Mitglieder von anderen Instanzen (z.B. feddit.de) beitreten und die community auch auf deren Instanz direkt gefunden werden kann.

If yes, then I understand why. I find myself making the same mistake quite often because my first language is German, which often uses clauses (at least it’s more common than in english).
Vor allem die Überschrift, die eine Frage beinhaltet und dementsprechend mit Nein beantwortet wird. Die Leute lesen nur die Überschrift, und glauben den Blödsinn auch noch, der im Artikel gut als genau diesen widerlegt wird.
Eine Überschrift wie “Baden-Württembergischer Agrarminister verbreitet unwisschenschaftlichen Schwachsinn” wäre mir lieber. Aber klar, das ist nicht sachlich (genau so wenig wie Herr Hauk).
Alle Vorschläge müssten allerdings vom Kongress abgesegnet werden. Dies gilt wegen des von den Republikanern kontrollierten Repräsentantenhauses und der nur knappen Mehrheit der Demokraten im Senat als unwahrscheinlich.
Damit hat sich dann auch meine Frage geklärt, ob das nicht durch Trump direkt wieder gekippt werden kann. Im Gegensatz zu executive orders nicht, aber dafür muss es auch erstmal verabschiedet werden…
Ich finde, es sollte in dem Kontext auch betrachtet werden, was eine CDU geführte Regierung umgesetzt hätte. Ich teile auch deine Kritikpunkte, nur bezweifle ich, dass eine andere Partei bessere Ergebnisse beim Thema Klimaschutz erreicht hätte. Perfect is the enemy of good, oder so.
