I tried to persist with Pinephone for a bit on Plasma mobile. In the end, I kind of felt it wasn’t ready and went with GrapheneOS. I’m hoping it makes some big strides, but with the sleep, wake, answer issues, I wasn’t fully confident where it was. Plus Neochat wasn’t good for it and Signal wasn’t taking calls for me through Waydroid. This was over half a year ago, so things may have changed.

Does GrapheneOS support it? I’ve been using it on a more modern Pixel and I’m very happy with it, but couldn’t comment on the Pixel 2XL.

I’ve been happy with it on Pixel 6a. It feels good to know my phone isn’t spying on every little thing I do.

Good to see enforcememt but I fear this is loose change to them and they simply will not care.

It is better than what we have. Not ideal, but best to assume there is always the risk of people watching and knowing your activity.

I would assume if it was gov run, it would be performant and fast growing. So not sure they are involved.

I have TV, but I don’t use it. I mostly use computers for games, and coding…

Gaming is more fun than programmes for me as I like my usage to be interactive rather than passively consuming.

No matter how talented you are, if you do not apply it, it is a waste. Find a way to make an impact on the world, no matter how small.

I used Manjaro and Plasma mobile on my Pinephone and PC. I still used KDE but will not use Manjaro again. I’ve had PC and phone each fail due to update needing OS reinstall.

I heard Postmarket, Debian and arch good on phones. Phosh is recommended most as the shell.

That is probably won’t last and do you really want to lock you and the other person in when there is logically very little way to progress this fully without an effort to move closer.
