Notes on PDS:

It goes too fast and most of its edit operations are rejected by Reddit’s rate limiter, so each run will be roughly 5% successful. Several forks fix the issue by introducing a delay, so make sure to use one of those or make your own.

Reddit restores comments and revert edits at random. Maybe due to some backup restore due to all the drama. I re-run PDS every day.

Deleted comments can be read and restored by mods. Edited comments make the original comment unavailable.
Community leaders who have a backbone and really care?
Let’s replace them with people who don’t care but want power in the community.
This will not impact quality buy my IPO.
It hits server-side rate limiting, you need to tone it down to a few seconds between each edit. The developer is aware, but haven’t found the time to address it.

You can also scan for them with the TV remote. Pan it slowly across the wall while holding down the power button. If you suddenly feel horny, you found a stud.
It’s corporate rhetoric.
They define the reality they want their audience (press, investors) to see: No protests, no demands, no conflict with Reddit, just moderators not taking their job seriously while Reddit is taking its communities seriously and reaching out in good faith and with empathy.
Then they go all method actor and assume this reality, and start writing.
I like it here and I don’t like it anywhere else.
