I buy the best car I can afford for cash and maintain it. Repayments on a $30,000 car work out at around $7500 a year for me. Until a car starts costing me big in repairs or breaking down repeatedly and inconveniencing me I just pay the money and keep it well maintained.
A $10,000 volvo that Ive had for 3 years has cost me $3k in assorted repairs. So $13000 vs $22500.
I go to the gym 6 days a week if I can and the term we use is “Secondary fun”
It is fun to think about doing it, it feels great once you’re finished and your heart rate drops back down. But it sucks mid workout.
Somehow I dont think “Magnificent Massive Mommy Milkies” would make you feel better.
This isnt right, mostly because facebook was never great.
Reddit was great, but it could have been so much better. They left so much money on the table that users would have happily given them but they just kept missing the point and taking the site marching towards being of mediocre appeal to as many people as possible.
A really great hack for retro gamers who dont want to have a CRT tv hanging around the house is buy a cheap 1080p projector and project it onto an unprepped painted wall. The slight blur and bleed really smooths everything out.
I bought all those rerelease retro consoles and Metal Slug on a 3 meter screen is pretty badass.
