For many people that’s true, especially if you don’t need the Metra pass. I’d consider it if the stops to my station were scheduled more often. The bar car is gone from the Metra, but they still allow alcohol so you can relax, have a drink, and listen to music.

Chicago is pretty expensive for public transportation. A monthly pass is $75 for the L and buses. A commute from the northern suburbs is $100 a month for Metra trains and an additional $30 per month for buses and the L. There are discounts for people that qualify.

The price and the poor schedule to northern suburbs makes it unusable for me. It’s great for weekend trips to the city.

Especially now in the USA where every job application asks if you’re disabled; listing anxiety and depression as disabilities. HR would never use that against anyone… I refuse to identify on my applications, but I don’t know if that’s a black mark against me. It makes me more anxious and depressed.

I had this for Sega Saturn. Near the end of the game one puzzle would generate a screen with a bunch of numbers and letters and crash. I thought it was part of the game until a walkthrough showed I was doing it right but something was broken on my disc. I still loved the game even though I couldn’t progress passed that point.

He was missing a mud flap. Certainly pulling guns and releasing dogs was required. Couldn’t they just send his employer a ticket or call that “how’s my driving?” number on the truck?

Only a few more thoughts and prayers and we’ll have it licked.
