not RB imo

A single official statement on any platform would have done it and they could have said: we tried but it wasn’t what we wanted, wish him luck and send him on his way.

what is a proper goodbye

Some helmet swaps and something during drivers parade or before the race start. Fans could have made special posters saying goodbye and thank you for all the memories.

They are all well paid these days

Its not about money, its about the memories and sharing moments with people he competed against, loved being around and respected one last time before its over and the circus moves on.

Criticism isn’t about the concept(RIC needed to go, and so does Perez while we are on the topic) but the horrible execution(how the press and rumour mill during his last few race were) of the concept.

RIC while not performing at VCARB , was one of the most beloved driver on the grid. He should have been given a proper farewell and chance to go out, like he would have wanted and fans to get a chance to say good bye.

Instead of saying a decision will be made in Singapore, just say it will be RIC’s last race and let him go out, to some degree on his own terms.

Kickoffs were never a major draw for me, there were rarely any explosive returns.

the onside kick is dumb

It is beyond dumb, they took out the unpredictability and chaos out of an onside kick.

Valve did not say exactly why it got rid of its forced arbitration clause. But the company is currently being sued in a class action lawsuit in Washington state over the dominance of the Steam platform and over claims that it has overcharged for some games. The plaintiffs in that case actually went to arbitration and convinced an arbitrator that the forced arbitration clause should not apply to them, and were allowed to sue.

The plaintiffs in that case “retained separate counsel and mounted a sustained and ultimately successful challenge to the enforceability of Valve’s arbitration provision. Specifically, the named Plaintiffs won binding decisions from arbitrators rendering Valve’s arbitration provision unenforceable for both lack of notice and because it impermissibly seeks to bar public injunctive relief,” the class action lawsuit against Valve reads. Valve has not yet filed any arguments in that case.

what’s the point of a mobile only plan?

The plan can only be bought on mobile(through playstore and app store).

Files are going to be accessible on all platforms.
