It’s interesting because people are people and it doesn’t matter where you are born.

If you look at it from a birds eye view you will see a younger, smart generation trying to fight it’s own governments.

It’s not USA vs China vs Russia vs Europe etc. it is the younger generation vs the old generation. Currently each generation is fighting it’s own government and slowly realising how poor they have done in the last decades.

Nobody wants war.

Probably Warcraft and Starcraft because I grew up playing Warcraft and Starcraft BW. It never gets old to me.

I’m off til Saturday then I gotta work one nightshift and I’m off again til tuesday and have 4 nightshifts.

I could go to the gym and I think I will go tomorrow morning cause I won’t stare at my monitor another 12 hours doing nothing. Currently I don’t even have the energy to play games like Overwatch…

And in general I would just like to go out and drink a coffee but where I am from the cappucino at the bakery costs 5 € so I just drink it at home even though I’d like to just pay the 5 € to sit and watch people. But then I sit there, drink it and think I wasted my money.

In the end another day is passing by where I saved myself some money by not leaving the house.

Nothing new but most obese people do not care.

Industry and infrastructure made it easy for most people to get more consumers.

I am from Europe and we don’t have: -> vehicles in grocery stores -> esculators require keys to be activated - you get keys if you are disabled from health authorities -> a bad public transport network -> way better public transport in EU (-> people walk, cycle etc. more)

With that being said: NEAT of a human decreases if infrastructur and industry support mobility in range of living. NEAT of a human increases the more infrastructur and industry supports a “moving” life style.

Quick example of negative and positive NEAT (stupid example I can think of to make it easy): Positive NEAT: McDonalds gives you free (insert non caloric intense food) for example water if you order inside and walk around the building to get the “free water token”. Negative NEAT: McDonalds delivers your food to your window if you stay in your car (drive thru)

I am have time the next 2 months, was trying to do that and then go to a 3 day week.

I weight 79 kg and I am skinny (arms, legs) so my goal is to lose weight and keep muscles.

I tried fullbody workouts but I just had to do too many exercises in a single session. I like going to the gym a hour but don’t like hanging out there much longer, which is why I would like to do 4-6 exercises instead of full body.

Maybe I could do this instead:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday full body workout

  1. Lat pulldown cable machine (Lat, Back, Biceps)
  2. Seated rows cable machine (Back, Biceps)
  3. Benchpress OR Push ups (Chest/ Shoulders/ Triceps)
  4. Side Raises -> Shoulders/ Upper Back
  5. Leg press (Gluteal Muscles/ Hamstring)
  6. Leg Raises (Abs)
  7. Squats (with Dumbbells later) (a lot of leg muscles)

Would that be too much and am I missing something?

Tuesday and Thursday I’d do cardio.
