The only reason I’d ever contact customer service is if I either have some unusual and complicated problem that a chat bot won’t be able to solve, or because I need to do something which the company has arbitrarily decided that I can’t do by myself (like requesting an e-sim).
In either case I want nothing to do with a chat bot.

I have actually been really surprised by the amount of anti free speech and anti privacy attitudes that I have seen since joining Lemmy. It seems that a lot of the people that made Reddit the shit hole that it was, are the ones who have been early adopters of Lemmy.
God I miss Voat, that was true free speech with a heavy emphasis on privacy.

BS. Passive isolation works for all frequencies. Yes the attenuation is frequency dependent, but that ain’t the same as it not working.
