That Kingston article is interesting. Guess we’ll wait and see how it plays out
I’m not surprised that it’s the amg models that are getting it but it seems like there might be a catch or something.
Went there memorial day weekend and it was packed near the visitor center. Was interesting to check out
Was last there in 2009. Would like to visit again
That’s true. I wonder how well they’ll be able to work around the asbestos and whatnot if keeping the current structure. Obviously many actively used buildings have it but since they haven’t fallen into disrepair it generally hasn’t been too much of an issue in comparison the author here mentions the walls bowing out and being misaligned so it seems like fixing the structural issues will be a nightmare. Guess I see why they are asking for so much
Since they are community posts I don’t think vetting is really an issue. Even developer guides are probably fine. I come from the mindset of not looking at guides and trying to figure out the game/solution so I’d be interested in how many people use them/depend on them
They are asking a lot to rebuild essentially a falling apart eye sore. I get the idea of trying to make it look nice and show the growth but i feel like funds would be better used leveling it and building something new
I’m sure it looks fine on the surface at first but there is no way the way was getting down into all the concrete. It’ll fall apart much sooner then they are expecting
How is he not financially stable? Does he work a low wage, spend beyond his means, etc? Id base my decision off of that. If he’s making decent money but spending it all maybe I’d help with building a budget and evaluating expenses to see where all the money is going. If a low age maybe helping update his resume and looking for a better paying job that matches his skillsets
