Never knew I needed this, but guess who will be playing Mbingo from now on.

14 years ago, I was 12 years old without a care in the world. I heard about Enke’s passing in the news, and my child-self could not fathom how one could possibly make that decision. 14 years and many pivotal moments later, and even though I can’t claim to understand what he went through as an individual, I would like to say, Robert, I’m sad that you’re gone, but I understand.

Depression is serious and treatable. I hope you all take good care of yourselves and seek out resources when things get hard. Let’s honor those who have lost their lives to depression by getting the help we need and deserve.
