I like Diamine inks a lot, perfect price to effect ratio :-) and made in Europe. It is just this one that’s lacking in the sheen department.

On good paper, Midori. The sheen is just hardly noticeable. There are several other sheen inks in that series and Hell’s Bells is the one with the most noticeable sheen.

Midori is lovely, especially for fancy inks - shimmer and sheen are more visible in my MD notebook than on Rhodia and Lechtturm papers that I’ve also tried. My favourite MD notebook is A5 grid additionally divided into 4 squares, works great for journalling and for the Goldlist method. No idea how this particular MD notebook is called, I buy it from Stilo e Stile.

What pen is it? Many converters can be taken apart. I’ve tried and succeeded with Waterman, Schmidt standard international, Esterbrooks (which also seems to be a version of standard international converter) and Platinum.

At the beginning of every workday I write a to-do list on paper with pen and cross the items out as soon as I’m done with them. I also take notes on paper when I read and review papers, it helps me retain the information better. My phone and my computer screen are often the main source of distraction for me and my notebook helps me keep the focus on the task.

Yes it is the language thing, I cancelled posting and thus managed to catch the pop up that says “you aren’t allowed to post in this language”. For some reason I can reply here but not in the other community.
