It’s not that the game is going soft, it’s that it seems like every pass is a screen or checkdown. It’s boring as fuck to watch.

Even the stars suck with inconsistency, though. It’s part injuries, part similar coaching styles (checkdown checkdown screen), the run game is hardly a threat anymore.

The entire league is turning into college ball style and it’s boring as fuck to watch.
