Liquid
/r/casualuk seems unaffected and thats about all i go back for
They did fix this for a short time in 2015/2016 but I had already cut my losses and sold it as spares/repair https://www.macrumors.com/2017/05/20/apple-ends-2011-macbook-pro-repair-program/
You could sidestep the issue by modifying the bios to disable the AMD chip, and only use intel integrated video. That did work to give you a somewhat usable laptop & retrieve your data. When you fork out for an Apple product though that is precisely the kind of thing you want to avoid!
Yes! My sister got me one of these for my birthday almost 10 years ago and it is still going strong. Definitely recommend. The wooden handle is looking a bit worn but that’s it.
I am a big fan of vented umbrellas. Every other umbrella I’ve owned has let me down eventually by flipping inside out. Once that happens you can’t trust it again.
I bought a Sebo X1.1 vacuum cleaner when i moved into my own place in the late 90s.
I have had all sorts of dyson models and bagless & cordless is very convenient, especially for stairs. But nothing beats the brute force suction of that Sebo. Its still going strong today
Everyone’s rushing to implement/improve AI. AI needs a ton of data, Reddit/Twitter are good available sources. Reddit/Twitter would prefer to sell this data as opposed to having it gathered from under them by bots, for free.
I think that’s why Twitter and Reddit are rushing to restrict access (directly or through the API).
Youtube are just aggressively serving you ads, and limiting ways for you to circumvent ads. I think that’s just what they do as they have the market sewn up
I like the Jem Hadar from DS9
More and more I go back to the 3ds (well 2ds in my case) for playing the classics. With a grip it is just really comfy and there’s a ton of games and rereleases for it.
Only issue I played Samus Returns (brilliant) and noticed if you need to ride the shoulder buttons for any length of time it gets crampy. But that’s true of most handhelds.
