Morrowind definitely did from my memory! Yeah, the gaming trend they’ve decided on would be to fill maps with more shit and call it good. I miss those well made maps, that were smaller in scale but were handcrafted with care. Bigger is better tends to lead to worse outcomes, unless the team puts in the hard work…

Yeah, sometimes big games aren’t all that great; if the focus of a game is diluted too much, the end product becomes mediocre in nature. It shows with Starfield as it’s a bloated mess with little care and attention focused on the core, essential features! Strategic emptiness is such a powerful tool, yet very few devs effectively utilize it.

It is an old game, but The Fun Pimps have been working on it the whole time; the old console version was the only one that wasn’t getting updates because the studio that maintained it went under. It’s still surprising for me, even, that the 1.0 is releasing on July 25th.

There have been stories of Todd Howard ‘seagulling’ basically coming into meetings, shitting out ideas that he wanted teams to work on and flew the fuck out of there. It is highly disruptive of a boss to do this; as the dev teams would know how to handle things. It would be nice that if they could optimize their team structures and produce better games as a result. Being in a union would give them better control over their working conditions.

Freaking finally, Bethesda Games Studio has been an odious thing for a long time! Can’t wait to see what kind of strong-arm action can be leveled against Bethesda. 😏💪🏼

The rich can afford to be taxed properly, enough to minimize their power over generations! Their money could do a lot of good, if only it were pried from their avaricious hands.

I’ve been playing 7 Days to Die, the experimental 1.0! It’s been a fun but challenging experience. I’ve logged about 72 hours now (I had some play time before starting on the Experimental 1.0). I plan on playing Spirittea again on Xbox because they dropped the Fishing Update finally (Microsoft took their sweet time in evaluating the update).

We can’t have a repeat of that fateful 2016; I want a woman as president, unfortunately it will have to happen by Joe dying during a second term. I can imagine the Right screaming about Kamala being president (louder than they are at the mere possibility).

I hope the FTC can punish Microsoft hard enough to make other companies think twice about breaking promises in regard to price hikes post mergers.

Not something that I would ever try, but then again I don’t like coleslaw in general! I prefer cabbage prepared in different ways.
