Nothing yet, last week I did meal a meal prep of a high protein dish. Was chickpea pasta, air fried chicken (seasoned with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, pepper?), And a sauce based on parmesan, milk, tomato paste and cottage cheese? If I were to do it again I’d add some olive oil to the sauce, less cottage cheese and make it my own a bit more :3
