I’m having the same issue on Android using GrapheneOS. Anytime I leave the app and come back it refreshes, doesn’t happen with my other open apps.

I don’t recommend others follow suit as the Pixel 5 has stopped receiving security updates. Obviously could use a ROM that has them them but no guarantee or obligation to do so in a timely manner. Pixel 6 however will receive updates until 2026.

That’s either a very heavy family or a lot of vacation gear! You would need all 4 people to be around 300lbs to start getting close.
