Alright, sorry for the allegations. The thing is we already have so many crypto currencies that are trying to solve one problem. Which is the centralisation. Most of them are just smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain and nothing more. The Ethereum blockchain by default exposes all the information on a transaction. Which is stupid and privacy risk. Another problem is that transacting with real money doesn’t have any fees and on top of all the gas fees you also need to pay .04% more. The third problem I find is that it is neither trusted nor the dev is known. The commenter on the videos you sent out are also a bit sketchy.
As I have stated in other posts monero is much better. Because all transactions are 100% anonymous and the fees are very very very low. You will never notice them. Of course there are some issues but they are less important than the issues with cult.dao.
I would be more than happy if you convince me otherwise.

As others suggested Matrix or XMPP. I would suggest XMPP over matrix because matrix had some problems with too much metadata and I think Jewish advertising company behind it (Will find the sources hen I have more time).
As for voice: it isn’t really federated but I’ve heard that Mumble is great option.
