Neoliberals won’t (nor will the reactionaries they’ve carefully trained) and unfortunatly we’ve let them infest all major political parties and media outlets across most of the globe.

With these managed democracies, they’re able to delay actual progress until the mining and oil execs are satisified with their obscene wealth (which is never going to happen).

Until these people are pried from their positions of power, everybody “coming together” is meaningless.

The solution is going to require immediate, strict, drastic regulations and billions of dollars of research and investment that will never turn into profits, with much of it financed through taxing the rich appropriately.

Neoliberals hate every one of those ideas and have positioned themselves so they can veto all of them.

Voting genuine progressives and ensuring they keep their promises is the only way out because the best we’ll ever get out of this neoliberal psuedo-left is “Maybe we can find a way to save the world that’s more profitable than just letting everyone die”.

I would if I was a Trump supporter, since its functionally a requirement.

Even glossing over the more complex problems with the idea, sooner or later we’re going to run out of things to paint white.

At least put some effort into your lies. Nobody who goes outside and interacts with other people is going to fall for this.

If you’re being openly harassed, it’s because you’ve chosen to be a dogshit person, not because of the opinions you hold about your own genitals.

You can just say that you don’t care. You don’t need to frame your opinion as belonging to hundreds of people, none of whom asked you to.

And of course people in the community don’t care. If they did, they wouldn’t have joined the community.

It’s certain that neoliberal think-tanks have calculated how much profit they could generate with actual slaves, rather than functional ones.

Well this might come as a shock but the techniques used to groom suicide bombers also work on white people too. Prey on their disillusionment, pump them full of hatred for “the enemy” then give them the means to carry out an attack.

But if you’re digging back through history, check out how once upon a time, everyone from the US government to Coca-Cola was awkwardly trying their hand at mind control.

Fortunately, they’ve pinky promised that’s all behind them now, despite having access to millions of people who voluntarily pin their own eyes open and spend the night scrolling through rapid flashes of sex, violence and extremism, in their own DIY Clockwork Orange therapy (only it’s trying to make them worse, not better)

What could go wrong except for everything that’s currently going wrong?

The damage done by giving neoliberals power and the far-right platform is going to take decades to undo, if we survive it at all.

Climate change is progressing at an alarming rate while the oil and gas lobby teach AI how to astroturf, cheered on by every billionaire hoping they can fire their employees and pocket their wages.

If the far-right are given the power they need, they’ll decimate the population searching for whatever magic group they need to genocide that will make their parents love them, their mental illness evaporate and their dicks 14" long. When they finally realize no such group exists, we’ll get to see what happens when you give the nuclear launch codes to wife beaters ane school shooters.

Gotta play the blame game. Its our fault they exploit foreign children because we don’t use the pay-rise they didn’t give us, to buy ethically produced goods they don’t offer, so that there is enough money to pay the slaves and quench their unquenchable greed.

If we paid them twice as much for their products, that kid wouldn’t see a penny more. They’d pocket the difference for themselves because the free market doesn’t fix shit.

Reddit routinely feigns incompetence when the reality is just that they’re bad people.

They pretend their staff don’t see the extremism on their platform, but every time there’s a mass shooting they’ll be handing over the shooters predictable post history.

They pretend it’s impossible to stop someone from making a new account after they’re banned for sending graphic rape threats to TwoXC posters, but they dont make even a token effort.

Behind the incompetence there’s always a situation where it’s more profitable to just be evil.
