Yep, and not just that either. It’s like that all the time. Ha it’s are just things you do without thinking, like reaching for your phone or wanting a smoke/drink/snack.
Now, choosing to set aside a time of day and a routine for something, like exercise, can help ease the barrier to starting that thing. This is sometimes described as a habit, though it is not, psychologically speaking, a habit.
Where I need help is on the hardware side. I have a good smart tv and young kids. What do I use to run this setup that has a simple remote control for the ui?

I bought a truck earlier this year from a dealership. I went to four places with an idea of my needs. A couple of them were so high pressure and loaded with shit, man. Unfortunately the best truck for me was at one of the scummy places so they got my money. I love the truck, it’s perfect. But I hate that they think their tactics worked and wish I could’ve made it clear I was trying to avoid dealing with them, and only went back because the product was good. NOT because they were some super sales force
