Sure, but for how hot the market supposedly is, there shouldn’t really be any. There’s a growing body of evidence that landlords are “warehousing” or intentionally keeping homes off the market to keep prices high because they’re making all their money in appreciation, not rent.

It’s because they want to be in the settler class, ie they want to be white. It’s not an irrational strategy, whites in the US have a different relationship to the means of production and other races that were once considered minorities like Irish and Italians, are now treated as white now.

It really has nothing to do with ideology. It’s calculated economic move that many liberals’ ancestors themselves made.

You’re getting everything backwards. The only reason why Democrats won in the past 50 years is because they have been riding on the their past actual progressive achievements like Social Security, Medicare, Good Stamps, The Civil Rights Act, etc.

Now that they’re done nothing but take turns with the GOP destroying those government safety nets there’s no goddamn reason for voters to vote for Democrats.

Oh and the whole reason why the right has a strangle hold on media is because of Democratic deregulation of media and telecommunications.
