Thank you so much! EFAP might be closest to what I’m looking for so I’ll check it out. I’m in Ireland so my local radio might be of a different flavour, but it wouldn’t be a bad thing to get a better idea of what’s going on in the community.

Thanks again

Okay, that’s a good question. Tbh I wasn’t sure anyone would respond so I tried to keep the post succinct.

I just meant that I’d been listening to podcasts about a neutral topic and then the host would say something to show their leaning. And my only exposure to the right was mostly via the alt right. So I was wondering if there was interesting content out there where the focus is mostly neutral also

Exactly, just pop down to the Free Drugs in Bulk For Resale bank and you’re good to go!

To be honest, I find his limitless villainy fascinating and it’s hard to look away. It’s like watching a slow motion Tesla crash

I’ve actually had the opposite happen: my endo was diagnosed by a male doctor and he was great, but I’ve since gone through several consultants of both genders who just don’t give a flying fuck. I wonder if it’s the case that if your female doctor experiences their period as minor discomfort, then they might actually be more dismissive? So it’s basically the luck of the draw in my experience, and it’s so exhausting having to keep trying to get someone to care.

Side note, the amount of times getting pregnant has been suggested is incredible. I don’t want kids, but even if I did, using them as a ‘cure’ is a terrible reason to bring a person into the world.

Oh so that was a non sequitur unrelated to the podcast link posted, since you didn’t specifically criticise that specific podcast?

Robert Evans is a journalist btw

Great watch. There’s something really quite magical about how mundane everyday things can translate on screen once creativity (and lots of headaches) come into play

That sucks, I’m sorry. Not sure why I’m surprised that people would use the more archaic definition just for cruelty’s sake

I think lame might get more of a pass because it’s very rarely used to describe people any more, so there is a bigger disconnect.
