My last boss told all his employees to invest in crypto, and I believe all of them put a substantial amount into it. He was a country hick who worked machine repair beside me at their shop. Thought he was hot shit because he was a member of a Facebook Q group and thought he was smarter than everyone else because he “knew secrets on a deeper level”. Okay bud.

I left before the end of the year because he stopped scheduling me over a comment I made about another one of his fucking insane conspiracy theories he liked to spout instead of helping with the workload.

Then the crypto crash happened. They went out of business 8 months later. Can’t imagine why!

Eat shit, Wayne. Those gals and that kid working under you deserved better, you cunt.

If I’m remembering right, wasn’t this specifically developed to assist in helping to better identify victims of human trafficking?

Yep. Found it.

The man I’ve come closest to falling in love with was a short, chubby, hair-thinning, stuttering goofball. He kept himself clean, well-groomed, and wore nice clothes that fit him.

He was so passionate about what he loved (art, cats, and European history) that I couldn’t help but be absolutely smitten. His sincerity had me smiling from ear-to-ear every time I saw him get excited. Telling me about pieces of armor, paintings, music, and all kinds of other things, taking me to different places the way he spoke so happily about the things he cared about.

People can, more often than not, see through insincerity. Be real with what you like & who you are. The people who appreciate those things about you the real ones.

Young folks have been priced out of housing & healthcare, you can be fired from your job on a whim, food is astronomically expensive, the political climate is tense, your basic human rights could be rescinded at any time, the future of the planet is being murdered by shitty capitalists with 0 regard for human life…

I mean, who wouldn’t want to bring a child into this world right now?

Eat shit.

The creator of these comics is a Christian, with the message of them being a Christian message/allegory.

The message here is that if you disconnect yourself from God and try to live independent from God, you lose your purpose and/or are helpless to fulfill your “true purpose” (which, to a Christian, “true purpose” = serving/following God).

That said: I’d strongly suggest that people stop posting these comics and giving this guy attention. They’re meant for Christians and are not really relevant to people outside of that.

EDIT: I made a (regrettable) visit to the website to satisfy my curiosity and found the title & description:

Absolute Freedom – God (in control of all things) gives us freedom to choose what to do, but we don’t get to choose the outcome.

Make of that what you will.

My stupid, ugly lizard.

I had my eye on a beautiful female leatherback bearded dragon with great genetics! She was around 200$ and I was so ready to buy her. Contacted the breeder and was told that she had been sold just a few hours earlier. Absolutely crushed.

Then the breeder offered up a defect dragon. It was going to be culled due to a genetic fuck-up that caused it to be born without spikes or scales. They’re much much much much much more difficult to care for into adulthood, due to their special needs. 20$ adoption fee + shipping.

He was the opposite of what I had wanted.

So naturally, sucker that I am, I adopted him.

He’s turning 5 this November.

I love my stupid, ugly lizard. 💕

(here is what a standard one looks like:)
