“It’s better to have Biden, so we can pressure him, right?”

Progressives: “Yes! Vote Blue no Matter Who!”

“Ok, he’s in, let’s pressure him”

Progressives: :bugs-no: :blob-no: :wojak-nooo:

It’s bad for the economy if there isn’t like five middlemen between you and life essentials.

Spreading left wing propaganda is still important. There’s a reason right wing assholes are given a megaphone to drown everyone else out in the media.

I’m sure it’s a coincidence that bill gates was loudly against opening up mrna vaccine tech and how covid vaccines barely made it into Africa.

Or they browbeat someone into pleading guilty by threatening to execute them if they keep insisting they are innocent.

“If he did anything the donors would get mad and give more money to republicans. You don’t want republicans to win, do you? This is the best system in human history, btw, so stop asking for perfection.” :so-true:

I think this type of thing will become increasingly common among younger and younger demographics as reinfections continue. Not only can it damage all our organs, our vascular system, and our immune system, we are finding it in places our immune system can’t clear like the gut, lymphnodes and brain, long after we test negative for it. Every time we get infected it’s a roll of the dice on how badly it will fuck you up.

If serious cases like this remain relatively rare society will continue to embrace the “infect everybody constantly to make it endemic” strategy and try and ignore the damage it’s causing.

Try to avoid getting infected as much as you can and get paxlovid ASAP if you test positive.

Don’t worry, the CDC estimates that people who experience long covid symptoms are in the single digits, a mere 9%. Official estimates say about 150 million americans have gotten covid, so 9% of that is a tiny… 13.5 million people… so far.
