I wouldn’t say I’m super excited for it, but there are some singles that I’m really looking forwards too. Aragorn, the Uniter in particular looks like a fun 4c (sans black) Commander option, and some of the Sauron cards look fun too. I’ll probably buy singles and maybe a fat pack if I’m feeling like it, but no box sets for me.

It was marginally better than BoTW’s story, but still a very poor story overall. Not that Zelda was really known for having super strong stories that are more than just “save the princess/kingdom from the big evil guy” but I still feel that ToTK’s story was…whelming at best?

The biggest issue I have is the story presentation: most of the story was told to us as events in the past (yet again) rather than in the present. That and the nonlinear nature of the game makes it nearly impossible to tell a good story in order, which is yet another big disappointment I have of the game.

Majora’s Mask easily, followed closely by Wind Waker, Ocarina of Time, and Twilight Princess.

The classic style Zelda formula (that was introduced in the OG Zelda and then refined to perfection in ALTTP and OoT) is perfect and didn’t need to be changed up.

A little bit, there’s a lot of specific subreddits I enjoyed browsing and talking in that have yet to reach a good critical mass here on Lemmy. I’ve been sharing my own custom Zelda monsters for Pathfinder 2e on the ZeldaTabletop subreddit and there’s no substitute for that subreddit over here yet (I might make one once RiF dies on June 30th).

Basically Arch Linux with a nice installer, simple and easy to set up. Hopped to it from Manjaro a few months back and been enjoying it ever since.

I use MATE as my DE of choice. I happen to like the old classic style of desktop. In particular I have a taskbar at the top of all my screens with all my window buttons, and a launcher bar at the bottom of my middle screen.

I’m a bit out of the loop, does just lurking mean you lose your account after a while or something?

Hell even just D&D 3.5e is better than 5e imo. Though I mostly play Pathfinder 2e nowadays (I’d be happy with Pathfinder 1e as well).

Just 5e is boring as hell to both DM and to play.
