Photo is taken in late summer in Norway close to the Swedish border.
The chair was comfortable, the tree gave adequate shade and the walls made it private enough in the middle of a large city to create a relaxing atmosphere.
The pic is from 2015, but nothing has changed. The resaurant and tower is just as it were a decade ago:-).
