I used img2img with yours as a reference, I copied your prompts and settings exactly (minus the lora:BentOverTable-v1:0.6 since I don’t have it). I have found doing this after creating the initial from txt2img will correct a lot of errors.

Looks really good. I ran it through img2img and fixed her eyes.
