Ich kenne ein paar Leute, die bei Check24 in der IT gearbeitet haben, und ein interner “Witz” war, dass man gefeuert wird, bevor man das böse “B”-Wort zu Ende gesagt hat.

Höhere Gehaltserhöhungen gab es wohl auch fast ausschließlich nur mit einem Knebelvertrag (Rückzahlung bei Kündigung innerhalb der nächsten 3-5 Jahre). Vielleicht lassen sich Unerfahrene eher auf sowas ein.
