JDAM air-burst munitions exist and are completely consistent with the type of damage shown, no large crater, wide area covered, materials directly underneath the explosion ignited by the mid-air conflagration. The claim that these munitions always cause massive destruction to buildings is also false since JDAMs can be fitted on several types of ordinances including lower yield munitions. The audio of the strike is the most telling so far where you can clearly hear a whistling sound produced by the munition which is consistent with JDAMs and artillery. With artillery you should however hear the gun that fired just before the explosion.

Every war has blocking/policing units behind the front lines, combined with POWs being notoriously unreliable as they can be pressured into false testimonies. I’d take this with a grain of salt.
