I definitely don’t think we need every post to r/gunners posted here. Especially during silly season I personally found it real hard to follow all the rumors being posted by random people. I think we will need people to post highlights, discussions, team news, and stuff like that, but I’m perfectly ok with a smaller active user base

Gotta shout out the clan that im in, 99Parties. Its a social clan, anyone with any skill level is welcome to join. As the name suggests, if anyone is getting a 99 in a skill, we’ll come out and party with them, although we’ll also party for other achievements like quest point cape, diary cape, maxing, etc. Plenty of people happy to help answer questions that you may have about anything in the game, and people will be happy to teach you content if you are struggling with something. Feel free to join as a guest and hang out, or just ask any of the admins online and they can invite you in to the clan as well.

As someone who uses linux, I’m was very excited when I saw that they specifically mentioned official support for Linux as something many people were looking for. I was then extremely dissapointed when their reponse is still to use a workaround. Without official support I will not be switching to a Jagex account

Im looking forward to the new bosses. I really enjoyed grinding muspah when it was first released and it will be fun the learn the mechanics of four new bosses

Yeah the fact they are at least commenting on is at least more than we got before. Still doesnt make me optimistic that something is coming down the pipe

Ive been doing it a bit on my low level gim, and the biggest thing is its definitely quicker xp. With full participation in the sapling and roots events, it definitely speeds up the low level grind of oaks/willows

Yeah it doesnt seem like they were really created to rival Vorkath/Zulrah/Muspah in gp/hr. So far Ive only tried Vardorvis and Duke post quest, and I’m a long way from recouping the death costs when i get 5-10k worth of runes every kill

Its definitely interesting to see behind the curtain of the new drop mechanics. I wonder if this is something they’ll keep doing for future drops, or if they introduce more drop mechanics in the future.

Its definitely weird, but i don’t think i mind it. I just hope they dont start giving new bosses all new drop mechanics though.
