The only doughnut worth the money is the London Fog at Cartems. I really like Honey’s but North Van is too far away. It’s maybe a once a year treat. Mello is delicious and worth every damn penny!!

Unfortunately, since Lee’s got a spotlight on some food show and renovated their kitchen, the prices have risen. They don’t have the doughnut hole packs I used to get that were the best bang for your buck in terms of fried dough.

Even if she did come, she’d just play in Toronto and Montreal anyway. I don’t know why the Alberta MP thinks the west would even be worth her while.

I just finished watching that episode and oh boy is it a head spinner. Damn you, Charlie Brooker, you’ve done it again and I love you.

Oh yeah, an actual lawyer and one who was not assigned by Starfleet. Una was also spot on with her complaint that her original counsel was paid by those prosecuting her. 👏

This episode was striking in that it showed the crew of the Enterprise being the best of the best Starfleet officers. Pike going to literally the brink of death to find his #1 the best lawyer in the galaxy, Uhura telling La’an off for making an illegal request, La’an trying to poke holes into weak chinks in security, and Una stepping up to lay it all out on the table so her friends won’t have to keep her secret and be in danger for doing so. Amazing. No wonder they’re posted on the flagship.
