I have never watched any of the players drafted so I have no idea if these guys are going to be the next Larkin/Seider or Svetchnikov/Cholowski. I was hoping for a trade to bring in some scoring since I have no idea how the young players will fill the Bert/Vrana/Hronek voids. So I’m more in between, I’m hoping these picks turn out, but I’m sick of trading away players for draft picks 7 years in a row and really want Yzerman to spend money /draft capital/prospects to get the team competitive again.
I’m really hoping that him or Kasper can develop into being able to center the top line.
I’m hoping that the secondary can stay sticky this season, we’ll find out early against KC!
It feels like these moves were made to tread water until either the prospects develop or someone gets traded. It’s basically seetting up a competition for roster spots and icetime for the prospects in training camp.
There was a good article about him in The Athletic. He has been working with psychology professors on trying to figure out how to change and motivate people differently. It sounds like that he is aware that he can’t coach the way he used to. It doesn’t excuse his past behavior, but second chances are given to people who do much worse things than he did.
Just need to watch the sporting events on ESPN with mute or sync with local radio. Maybe ESPN will save enough money to be able to to broadcast in HDR or 4k this decade. /s
This arrest moves the Titans up from 25th place to a tie for 15th place for the most arrests since 2000. Still a long way to go before catching KC!
Wow, I’m surprised that they are going down this path. I thought that he still had some trade value being a top 10 pick. Maybe it’s a goodwill gesture by Yzerman to let Zadina get claimed elsewhere?
Hocus. It’s a MC Escher puzzle solving game! Google play link
