~800 hours into PAYDAY 2

~1800 hours in various sim racing games, assetto corsa, project cars 2, dirt rally/DR2, rFactor2.

And some ~300 hours in Stationeers

Definitely an exciting update to me. I always disliked the magical AC systems that existed previously and always wanted a real phase change heat moving design. Only had like 3 pipes burst from freezing liquids lol The new tablet UI for atmospherics is pretty swanky

Only reason I would browse Reddit was because of the vast amount of information linked and posted to it. Given enough time and engagement from the Internet as a whole Lemmy will be bigger and better than reddit. We’ll get there but it needs everybody’s help.

I will say I’m already twice as active on Lemmy than I was on Reddit 🥳

Still playing Stationeers. If you want detailed survival game, Stationeers is it. Grind for ores to smelt and make parts. Blow up your base, cause you forgot ice melts in your hand. Suffocate cause you forgot to close your helmet when you left your base. Did you turn that gas mixer off? What’s that noi…

Proton is amazing as long as you don’t get bit by anticheat, which thankfully is getting better.

Thankfully I don’t play many games with anticheat so almost the entirety of my game library runs on my Linux install.

I’ve had long hair for about 20 years. Hair tie is number 1, in a pinch though I just grab a locke of hair and wrap it into a ponytail. For the last 6 or so years I’ve had dreadlocks and it’s about the same, but I have way longer dry and wash times lol.

Before dreadlocks though, I found that more oils and products I used the more my hair fell flat, so for about 6 or 7 years I did the no-poo method and my hair liked it quite a lot. My hair was very curly and full, and could pretty quickly tell when my hair had too much sebum and other oils building up

Not entirely sure how you’d go about getting slicked back hair that also isn’t flat etc, but from what I know of my hair, I would try a good deep clean and trying a small amount of pomade just at the roots/scalp. Seems like you’d most likely end up in a cycle of having to wash a lot though, but not really sure
