When you’re a rightwing slop generator and you gotta generate slop out of anything

IGN didn’t like a game? It must be because it wasn’t gay enough. IGN liked a game? It was too gay!!!

Thank you, but I discovered I could just use the “Subscribed” feed after tweaking my joined comms

I don’t want to see non-stop coverage of these grotesque characters and what they’re up to for the next four years

I’m just going to peace out of news and current events, and if any of my RL acquaintances try to inform me of whatever’s going on, I’ll knee em in the balls

If anyone’s looking for me, I’ll be squatting over at c/games. Wasn’t there a way to curate your comms

I think most people would argue that at least when it comes to console games, the peak was attained a little later, in the PS2 era

It’s nice seeing Japanese and Chinese commenters being chummy with each other in comment sections about this game

日本人と中国人は114514で分かりあう事が出来る それを忘れてはいけない

What’s less nice is seeing Japanese and Chinese people also talking about Ubisoft “disrespecting Japanese culture”

Apparently they euthanised both the squirrel and a raccoon that the guy also owned because the squirrel bit one of the cops and they wanted to test the animals for rabies (which I guess can only be done posthumously?)

I admire the PR acumen on these dudes for alienating the average Dunkey watching gamer by wishing death upon an extremely popular gaming personality for something this minor

Yeah but trans people are at best tangentially related to any of this, these dickheads just have that percentage at the tips of their tongues constantly and are ready to sling hate speech at anything and anyone at the slightest provocation

Dunkey occupies a sort of RedLetterMedia-esque position where his content is non-political enough that it’s palatable to audiences across the entire political spectrum
