/r/Strava and a bunch of the cycling ones like /r/Velo and /r/bikepacking, not very optimistic that there’s much intersection between existing subsribers and those willing to leave Reddit for Lemmy but I can always live in hope!
For the 14 pcs (~8 regularly used) in my house I’m running daily backups with Synology Active for Backup to a spinning disk DiskStation, file sync of the User directory using Synology Drive to an SSD DiskStation (also backed up to HDD DS). That data is all deduplicated. Then additionally I’ve got a few custom scripts to keep programs up to date using Chocolatey and winget which then export the list of installed programs ready to be reinstalled on a new machine.
This allows me to either do full device restores or clean installs where the reinstall of the relevant programs is handled automatically and then it’s just setting up sync/backup/office activation and we’re off to the races.
Still there for me too

Lidarr should be able to do that, in your Profile settings put 320 as a higher priority than flac in the upgrade until section, that’ll replace flac with mp3 as it finds it
If you’re having trouble streaming flac with one person I can’t imagine having multiple people streaming mp3 is going to be any better though, if it’s bandwidth you’ll run into the same thing otherwise if it’s hardware, better to find out why it’s not seamless and fix it.
My must haves:
- Bitwarden
- Dark reader
- Ublock origin
- Video speed controller
Eh to each their own, I see almost all those as positives. No problems with bookmark manager. Agreed on pocket though.
Sounds like a good update, a couple of days shouldn’t matter but I can see both sides to it, people want the latest and greatest but also if there are any issues that’s not great as more people migrate to Lemmy
