Text Adventure author working on Cyberganked: a CRPG / text adventure fusion with a CGA palette. Previously made the text adventures Cryptozookeeper, Necrotic Drift, Fallacy of Dawn and co-created Jay Schilling’s Edge of Chaos.
I also post about retro computers and maintain a home 80s arcade in my garage.

One night, someone uploaded the (commercial) hockey game “Hat Trick” for DOS to a non-pirate BBS, and the SysOp either didn’t know or didn’t care that time and I downloaded it in shock, unable to believe the free game I was getting at 2400 baud, hahah. (Hat Trick rocked, too.)
