Agreed this would be a nice QoL enhancement; however, according to the Memmy GitHub issues page, this feature is not currently possible to implement because the Lemmy API doesn’t support it.

While I like the ideas for space-themed names, I’d like to propose the name Hermes instead. Looking into the history and definition of the name we find Hermes to be “…the protector of human heralds, travellers, thieves, merchants, and orators.” Also, “He is able to move quickly and freely between the worlds…” To me, this aligns with the intended direction of Memmy’s development - an app that’s used by a diverse audience, and an app able to participate in many “worlds” throughout the Fediverse. Thoughts?
Thanks for kicking this off. Posts like this were regularly a source of invaluable information in the past on another platform. Hopefully, it receives a similar level of attention and quality collaboration here.
How does everyone feel about patch dashboards such as Patch Tuesday Dashboard? Any other good tools out there to track patches?
Looks like we can only delete and re-comment for now. Would love to see comment editing added in a future release. It’s a pretty standard feature in other apps.
Would love to get a better UX for this. Need the ability to search in each context - post comments, community posts, all communities, etc.
