All big tech analyzes our data. I rather they not analyze anything but since we’ll never see that day, they can at least use their privacy invasion power for good.
This is not a direct solution to your question. The only available option currently is Florisboard. I tried it but it didn’t work well for me. Ever since I’ve justbeen using openboard. Clean, fast, pretty accurate but no glide typing. There is an open issue for it and some POC work had been done but not merged into main.

In developer options on youransdroid phone there is a setting you can enable that will add a quick setting tile that toggles on and off the sensors in your phone. It also includes rhe microphone and camera. It’s great for something like this.
