Sounds like they’ve been shooting themselves in the foot for longer than I’d thought, it’s a wonder that site isn’t dead already…

Hundreds of species of insects, birds, amphibians and mammals are threatened by the overpopulation of cats in places where they aren’t endemic. Save the environment. Do your part.

I’ve already seen religious people mixing christianity with ancient alien theory, claiming the aliens are really fallen angels, demons or nephilim, some woukd probably persist in this

Thank you! The game is mostly random, but stuff that usually help is spending three turns at the beginning revising for the qualifying exam, afterwards submit papers (including draft papers) as often as possible, maybe waiting for the cloud upgrade to start developing major results (tho when that upgrade comes, if at all, is also random I think, so don’t wait to long) Sorry for replying several days letter, I started writing sooner but git interrupted and forgot to send, and then at one point I couldn’t find the post (maybe a server problem, or a network problem on my side)

For now I haven’t had to use it for work or school, but it’s really common for organizations and student groups, so I’d be missing on a lot if I completely stopped using it (France).

I personally hope it will die more than Tumblr did. More like Myspace. But that doesn’t seem likely. In fact, the Facebook case seems closer to it’s situation: Biggest social network of the world at one point, struggling simultaneously with scandals, legal issues and new competition; slowly losing it’s hegemony but remaining relevant in some places…
