A checked bag can be had for as little as €20 sometimes. Or just travel with a backpack as “personal item”. Definitely possible to fly for €10. €30-€50 is more common though.

I drive along the A1 near Amersfoort every morning and more cars isn’t really the solution. I’m considering working from home more. Probably will once I’ve worked at this company a little bit longer.

I use it because I can use it to block ads. If a page doesn’t work, I’ll use chrome.

I actually use Chrome on Windows. I just dislike ads more than I like Chrome.

I pay €32.5 for gigabit, but honestly it’s overkill for most people. I only got it because a competitor of my ISP was doing a promotion which got me from a 50 mbit (60-70 in practise) at around the same price to a gigabit for a year.

I honestly only used it to its full potential downloading a tv show because a certain streaming provider who pulled the plug on family sharing decided my house isn’t my house and I couldn’t watch the shows I paid to watch.

I used to work for a company that has offices in a strictly Islamic country. I had to install something on one of those HP mini servers and found a very interesting search history. No cp fortunately, as far as I could tell. I cleared it and told my boss, but since we were going to get rid of these office servers and moving everything to the cloud I don’t think anything ever came of it.

Imagine watching porn on the company server.

Anyway that night I had dinner at the house of the manager in whose office the server was installed. It was a very traditional dinner where the women served the men and stayed in the kitchen otherwise. Strange experience altogether.
