Yeah I remember that - it needed 13 discs and it always failed the last one and I would have to start all over.

I agree with you but I also think the large companies seem to always get away with this and it’s the consumers that have to do all the work.

You mentioned not trying on the laptop yet - I would try that that’s a good idea. It would help to determine if it’s the computer or the mouse causing the issue.

Yes I agree I think having a mix of the two is best. Let the customers decide what they would like to use.
