That is going to be a very strong cup of coffee. A ristretto is a triple shot! I used to get macchiato ristretto in an even smaller cup and it was yum yum buzz buzz.

That’s true, but the photo shows cream or milk being mixed in with the berries and grains. Research shows that adding dairy or bananas blunts the beneficial properties of the berries.
