I’ll go out on a limb here and suggest that most of the FOSS alternatives I’ve discovered in the last 12-18 months have been just as good if not better than paid alternatives. I think it’s more about the “non-consensual” part of the first sentence in the article. Ai generated porn of nobody in particular=probably fine. Ai generated porn of a real life person=probably unethical.
