Yea at the very least, it’s taught me to diversify my browsing. I’m glad to be a part of the fediverse now.

I went from Digg to Reddit and now I’m looking for a new home. I’m really liking what I’m seeing here!

I have a feeling all of the default subs will be taken over pretty quickly. The small subs will be forgotten about.

The internet felt so different until MySpace took over. I was still young, but I remember running like 3 Geocities sites, one that got fairly popular, and the social media came along and ended everything about the old internet.

Does anyone play Slay the Spire? There’s a cool community driven game going on, on the subreddit and it’d be cool to bring it over here too.

Or they’ll double down and say it’s the colleges that are wrong, drop out, wonder why they can’t achieve their goals, blame the “other” (it’s currently immigrants and trans people), and repeat the cycle of hate.

There really needs to be independent nonpartisan redistricting across the country.
