You’ll likely enjoy them then. JW and Extraction are movies directed by stunt coordinators turned directors and feature actors who have been extensively trained to act the part when the action gets thick. And they are all about the action.

Like Scott Adkins movies but with bigger budgets and stars.

It’s been years since I’ve stopped spoiling movies for myself and I no longer watch trailers. I do like to jump into discussions about the trailers to get the general vibe.

But it’s so satisfying to discover the whole look and every beat of the movie for the first time when actually watching the movie. Yeah, I’ve read the book, and seen Lynch’s adaptation and even the TV series but I’d rather wait.

TV speakers generally suck. With the boom of flat screens they are almost exclusively rear firing.

They basically expect everyone to buy replacement speakers

I’m guessing venture capitalists trying to reel in some profits after racing to outspend each other. I expect many services to implode.

Can’t show them ads so they probably don’t care.

Here I was thinking they poisoned the suit respirators to kill the cleaners but this last episode made it clear the tape was the weak link in the suit.
