Is discovering your purpose a technique? I’m not sure that the phrasing is the best. These are maybe like… simple ideas to live by.
A technique would be, like, instructions for performing a task in a specific way. A paragraph explaining how to eat using chopsticks would be describing a technique, in my view. This isn’t really that.
I am really enjoying the idea of using the phrase “original Hitler” in much the same way as someone might refer to original sin.
“Assault rifles” are already restricted for legal owners. Crack down on illegal firearms – you know, the actual source of guns used in most of these crimes.
I don’t really carry one anymore, but the one I have at my desk has Ventoy and LMDE on it for when I need to mess with something requiring my system to be down or modify my OS partition. I don’t really do much on other PCs except when I have to help my wife with something.
When I was working at my last job I carried 2-3 with a ton of database backups and proprietary software and firmware files for clients’ automation systems. Kinda don’t miss it at all, but it sure made me feel important, lol.
Kbin/Mbin has this feature where you can block posts from a certain domain, maybe Lemmy does too? https://lemmy.ca/post/684030
I bought BioFreaks for PS1 because it looked fun. I knew it would be janky and have weird physics, but it’s also got a weird dystopian story too!
To be fair, I was 8 or 9 at the time, but it’s an entertaining piece of shit, like Pitball (also for PS1).
