Yes, not putting out public statements in favor of Israel’s genocidal campaign would really hurt their war effort against Russia. Nor could Ukraine afford to stamp out all of the Nazism in their country (they actually let it rise to new heights after Euromaidan, when Russian influence had supposedly been weakened) or end their ethnic cleansing campaign in the Donbas or else that would take attention away from the invasion that wouldn’t start for eight years.
Calling the Russian army genocidal is actually beyond absurd. Why do you think Russia invaded Ukraine? Because “Putler wanted to conquer Europe”? The liberal worldview has absolutely zero explanatory power.

It’s not that two things are happening at the same time you idiot, it’s Zelensky’s attitude towards what Israel is doing at the same time (this is what the comment above expressly states). “Israel has a right to defend itself” is the vapid nonsense numerous Western powers have said to justify Israel’s genocide against the Palestinian people after their revolt against colonial occupation (which is condemned as “terrorism”), along with the “Israeli civilians” drivel and the refusal to recognize Israel’s part in killing their own people on the 7th—these are the same things Zelensky has said [1] [2].

I don’t think you can justifiably call a request for surrender a request for de-escalation. Russia could stop shooting, get out of UA, and the war would end.

I tried to talk to it about Tiananmen and it was awful. It just went over the average AI drivel of “there are a variety of perspectives” and “independent human rights organizations agree,” etc. It asked me for sources but in its responses it was very clear it didn’t actually have info on some of their contents for some reason and just replied with “yes this agrees with you but there are other things I can’t name specifically that disagree with you.” Also in typical AI fashion many of its sentences were plagiarized from online articles, one even coming from PBS/RFA.
People described a wide range of beliefs, including theories that the moon landing had been staged, that Covid-19 had been created by humans to shrink the population and that President John F. Kennedy had been killed by the Central Intelligence Agency.

The Chinese govt sharing x website’s articles because they support their POV is proof of BIAS and PROPAGANDA LAUNDERING. The American govt.’s “news source” that is expressly propaganda for US hegemony is HIGHLY FACTUAL (we know because they said so) and only SLIGHTLY LEANS TO THE LEFT.

Erm HRW (not a biased Western NGO) made a report (deconstructed by Norman Finkelstein) that weakly suggests this POV. No we will not include any evidence that suggests Israel is responsible, such as them bombing the cancer ward of that same hospital days earlier, an IOF spokesman cheering on the bombing as attacking Hamas, Israel misrepresenting Al Jazeera footage and their own as well, faking phone calls and video, etc. It’s clear from scale alone and the pattern of bombing hospitals that Israel was responsible, and this is where fence-sitting becomes absurd.
