There is gw2crafts.net
It’s all about leveling it fast and cheap but it’s probably the best one out there.
The cooking is much like the rest of the crafting. You start out with basic mats and refine them up to a usable item but it emulates IRL cooking in that you make raw materials into something else in between and then use those to get the usable item… Basically just extra steps. It seems really daunting at first but you get the hang of it pretty quickly as you do it.
As for acquiring the ingredients, either through gathering, trading post, or karma vendors. Cooking is the only one with a heavy reliance on karma vendors.
It’s a decent list but he listed a lot of areas that are part of different story steps. I can get that people can miss those locations if they don’t play that specific story but it’s a bit of a stretch to call story locations “hidden”.
That pirate ship in gilded hollow looks like a goonies reference to me.
As for my favorite hidden places… I like finding the Easter eggs that the map designers put in as their way to sign the maps they made.
The mechs suck.
Not the class, those stupid green bots. There is almost no variety and the AI and controls are even embarrassing to the short bus.
All they need to do to fix it, allow different looks if only outside of combat. Also, let us put them away and they stay away until we call them back down.
Also, best pet class is the minionmancer.
Your rings, trinkets, and accessories count for a large chunk of your stats. Getting them to at least exotic is very important for your combat effectiveness.
As has already been stated, you can just purchase exotic ones on the trading post for not a lot of gold. If you only need core stat sets for ascended there are some you can purchase with laurels. I believe there are some wvw and pvp methods of purchase as well.
You can check the wiki page on ascended gear for the various options and how to acquire them.
You don’t really… You exit and follow the service road until you find a way to get across, usually by going under.
I hate driving in Texas because this kind of shit is everywhere. Middle of nowhere and want to get to the rest area ahead? Exit and follow the service road for a mile.
You’re not far off… Basically any news outlets with any ties to murdoch get a script for what they have to say.
There was a YouTube video not long back that pulled clips from a bunch of local news stations and showed how they were all saying the exact same thing almost verbatim… It started cutting between them in succession and the report was still coherent.
