The original was designed to play military at home.it was not a pickup truck or a dedicated and modded offroad machine, and yes it was a money pit. But it was perfect for pretending with a civilian version of the vehicle manufacturrd on the same line as the real thing.
H2 and H3 models were just mediocre rebranded SUVs with hints of the original hummer body lines.
If you only use it to do video (optional) calls with a handful of people and share screens it is passable. I kind of like it for that, just a phone replacement with optional video and screen sharing.
Anything beyond that though, bleah.
Going by seats would encourage the already annoying four door pickup trend since it means every truck needs to be longer to compensate. I mean, wouldn’t a smaller two seater truck that gets better mileage be an improvement over a full size four door truck?
A small two door pickup that gets mileage close to a similarly sized hatchback would be awesome. But it would be hard to do in the US right now because of mpg standards being tied to size, which are also the reason so many tiny cars are underpowered to squeeze out that last few mpg.
Trying to increase the chance of confusion and questioning of election accuracy by introducing a process that has a high likelihood of being slightly off in a way that doesn’t impact the results, but does give ammunition to people that claim the election results aren’t reliable.
If a machine count is perfect, the human count is off by a few votes, and the candidates are tens of thousands of votes apart the vote count was fair and reliable. Republicans want to paint this as the opposite, by focusing on 100% perfection in the largest totals.
Changing this at the last minute also increases the chances of mistakes, because there isn’t enough time for training the thousands needed to do all the hand counts within the reqhired time frames.
